Not to be that guy , but a new base 5.0 is $1k more (as Im sure you know).
Why not just buy that? The only thing you’d really be missing is the Recaros right?

TLDR - 2014 track pack GT vs 2015 base GT. New car won in the quarter mile and slalom, but old won the road course. Finished with “ Is the 2015 Mustang better than the 2014? Demonstrably, yes. Is it eight grand better? I’d say no. And I think Margaret agrees. ”
Also he got $8k off the 2014 at the dealer …. Id get a lower price If I were you CherryMan.

There’s a dealer near me (STL) selling base GTs for under $30k. Most of the used 5.0 Powered ‘12-’14 cars are going for not much less sadly.
